Season’s Greetings, to all of our valued clients and consultants
First and foremost from the team here at RG Strategic (Maree, Tracey, Nadine and myself) we want to pass on our very best wishes for you and your families for Christmas and the New Year. Here’s to moving closer to the old normal than we have been this year.
AT RG Strategic, despite COVID-19, we have been busy with a wide range of projects. Sometimes the team and I don’t stand back and spend a moment just looking at what has been achieved. This year though we thought we’d try and visualise it and it certainly has been busy, hence the infographic at the top.
Through these town planning projects, we have been able to work with businesses as diverse as housing developments, hostels, restaurants, and even planning for a new country club. Check out the following:
It was also interesting to map out where these projects have been and RG Strategic has covered the state from Brisbane to Townsville – and active all over the coast.
We also published several articles. and while we focused a lot on COVID-19 advice this year, we also squeezed in some articles highlighting policies that sometimes don’t make a lot of sense. Our top three articles were:

We, a group of moteliers in Roma engaged RG Strategic for a complex town planning matter that required reviewing of past approvals and Council reports. RG Strategic provided us with a clear and detailed proposal on the strategy to undertake the review. Russell assisted us through our applications for a Liquor Licence and a Food Licence. 2 things we could "set and forget" and not worry about, allowing us to concentrate on other important issues to get the business up and running. These were completed with minimal fuss and within our timelines.

I was faced with the urgent task of applying for a food license with a very tight deadline. After assessing the overwhelming amount of paperwork involved, I decided to engage in the services of RG Strategic. I phoned Russell Green at 5.00pm on Thursday afternoon. He put my mind at ease on the spot, Russell was on site at 8.00am the next morning to start the process. From that point I did not need to do anything further. Russell and his amazing team handled the entire process from filling in the paperwork, organising elevated drawings and providing all of the relevant documentation needed for the application. My understanding from the council was this process would take 28 days from the time the application was submitted, plus the time to prepare the documentation. This would have taken me at least 2 weeks. From my first phone contact with Russell we had a license approval after 12 days. I could not recommend Russell and his team highly enough. I will be using RG Strategic for many years to come.
