Our clients, Clouds Montville and The Barrel at Clouds Vineyard, were featured in a wonderful segment on Weekender Channel 7 over the weekend.
The segment highlighted the luxury cottages and other accommodation options at Clouds Montville Retreat in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, as well as the local culinary options and wine experiences at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard.
RG Strategic have been working with Clouds, assisting with all aspects of town planning and development applications helping bring their vision and dreams to fruititon.

Short Term Accommodation
My partner and I own a Fitness Centre on the Northside of Brisbane City. As we are young business owners in the fitness industry, we were unaware of Brisbane City Councils zoning & change of use requirements. In the very early stages of our business, we were notified by the BCC that we needed town planning approval to continue trading in our location, and originally it looked as if our young gym was going to be forced to close. After contacting Russell at RG Strategic, our minds and stresses were immediately put at ease.
