From problem site to a development winner

When Bounce Noosa Hostel was looking for a Town Planner to help them develop a prospect site in Noosaville, they turned to RG Strategic to help solve what had proved too big a challenge for others.
We would highly recommend RG Strategic. Russell and his highly professional team of town planners have done a huge amount of pro bono work for us here at Sunshine Butterflies Disability Support Charity, as we built our learning and recreational facility, 'Our Backyard' in the Noosa Countryside. The facility provides services for young adults living with a disability and their families, so everything has to be fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly and comply with disability building codes. RG Strategic helped us to navigate our way through the complex processes of Town Planning and our Development Application and made liaising with Noosa Council a breeze. We cannot thank them enough. We engaged with Russell Green and his team at RG Strategic for Tender submission, Town Planning, and Professional services for our new business ‘Butchers Of Noosa’. Russell’s extensive knowledge, advice and direction made these mandatory processes feel less complicated and more confident that we were going to achieve positive results, (which he did). From our very first meeting with Russell, he understood our business plan, we were well informed and felt supported throughout each stage of Submission town planning and beyond. The team were available to answer our many questions and provided detailed explanations in a timely manner every step of the way. We highly recommend RG Strategic, there impressive commitment, knowledge and professionalism show through their work of great outcomes. Thank you Team, Luke and Kayla Marshall Butchers Of Noosa

RG Strategic was engaged by RLSSQ to redesign and seek the Food Premises approvals for our commercial kitchen and kiosk. Russell and his team at RG Strategic assisted with the project from initial planning, through to completion of work. Russel was well versed in council guidelines and requirements, and referred us to sources for cost-efficient suppliers, etc. The Food Premises project was completed quickly and passed Council inspection without any fuss. Thanks, Russell.
